ICTAN RESEARCHER MARIA ANGELES MARTIN ARRIBAS PUBLISHES THE BOOK OF DISCLOSURE “WHAT DO WE KNOW? THE CHOCOLATE

Dr. María Ángeles Martín Arribas, researcher from ICTAN, has published the book “What do we know about? The chocolate “, inside the collection “What do we know about …?”. This collection arises from the collaboration between the CSIC and the Editorial Catarata, where it is intended to bring to a broad audience key themes of scientific research through short and affordable texts produced by CSIC scientists. The book explains several questions about chocolate: its origin and history, its ingredients and processing, its potential benefits and damages for health, etc., in order that consumers learn to enjoy chocolate, to differentiate when it is really healthy and to incorporate it into our diet in a responsible way.
