A researcher from ICTAN at the committee of experts in nutrition of the French agency ANSES

Dr. Jara Perez-Jimenez, from the Department of Metabolism and Nutrition of the ICTAN, has been selected as member of the committee of experts in human nutrition of the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety, ANSES (www.anses.fr). This agency is in charge, among others, of evaluating the nutritional properties of foods and ingredients and of providing nutritional recommendations for the whole population or for specific groups. Their members are selected by public call for a 3 years period.
