EL GRUPO GRAIN4HEALTH DEL ICTAN HA PARTICIPADO EN EL 35TH EFFOST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

EFFoST International Conference is a very interesting alive conference where GRAIN4HEALTH (ICTAN-CSIC) have presented the results of their ongoing AGL2017-83718-R project with 2 presentations:

• SIMULATED DIGESTION OF SPRAY-DRIED AND MICROENCAPSULATED WHEAT BRAN HYDROLYSED: IMPACT ON BIOACTIVITIES AND BIOACCESIBILITY OF PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS
• A GREEN STRATEGY TO PRODUCE A SOLUBLE AND BIOACTIVE WHEAT BRANPOWDER RICH IN FERULIC ACID
